Join us for an enchanting evening at one of Milwaukee’s most historical places – The MillerCoors Brewing Company, Miller Caves.

The historic Miller Caves, 60 feet below ground level, were created in 1849 to keep beer cool prior to distribution. Miller’s historic Caves, a restored portion of the original brewery, where beer was stored before the invention of mechanical refrigeration.

This one of a kind dining experience, created just for the Great TV Auction, pairs two of Milwaukee’s best known companies Miller Coors & Saz’s Catering.

VIP tour between 5:30 – 7:00 p.m.
Passed hors d’oeuvres from 7:00 – 7:45 p.m.
Dinner from 7:45 – 8:45 p.m.

Hard Hat Tour

Your evening begins with a private “Hard Hat Tour where we’ll head through Miller’s packaging-center balcony to watch a blur of cans roars along conveyor packing up to 200,000 cases of beer daily.  Peer into Miller’s mammoth distribution center that covers the equivalent of five football fields. Typically, you can see half a million cases of beer.

Experience the brew house, where Miller makes its beer. Up to 8.5 million barrels annually in Milwaukee alone. Climb 56 stairs to look down on a row of towering, shiny brew kettles where “wort,” a grain extract, is boiled and combined with hops.

With other “back-of-the-house” stops, your tour finishes at the Bavarian-style Miller Inn where we will prepare you for an evening of unmatched food complimented only by the flavor profiles of Milwaukee’s brewing traditions –

In the Miller Caves, Saz’s Catering serves a delightful feast

Starting with lighter foods and beers first so that the experience builds on itself, enjoy 5 star service of Butler Passed hors d’oeuvres such as Five Spice Seared Shrimp, Ratatouille Stuffed Mushrooms and Tenderloin Lollipops paired with Miller Light and Coors light.

Your first course, the pairing of Roasted Corn Chowder with Fresh Sage and Cracked Peppers with Peroni Nastro Azzurro a refreshing and dry; a crisp lager.

The Second Course – The Intermezzo, joins an Apricot Sorbet with Pumpkin Seed Brittle to Blue Moon, a Belgian-style wheat ale spiced with fresh coriander and orange peel for a uniquely complex taste and an uncommonly smooth finish.

The crescendo builds to the main Course – Grilled Swordfish with Cranberry Leek Compote and Herb Seasoned Breast of Chicken with Lemon Butter duet entrée. Complemented here with Pilsner Urquell – delivering flavors through the pairing of the sweetness from the malts matched with the caramel sweetness in grilled food

The evenings dinner begins its close with a Flourless Chocolate Cake with Berry Weiss Crème Paired with Leinenkugel’s Creamy Dark delivering a nutty aroma aged slowly for a hint of chocolate.

The evenings finale’ – a toast of Miller Chill is a highly refreshing style of light beer with natural flavors.
