Rules for the 2009 Great TV Auction Sweepstakes

  1. No contribution is necessary to enter or win a prize in this sweepstakes. The suggested donation is $5 per ticket or $20 for 5 tickets.
  2. Only one free entry is allowed per household.
  3. You may enter by calling at 262-781-4998 or stopping by the Auction office at 12560 West Townsend, Brookfield, WI 53005 All entries must be received by 8 PM May 29th at the Auction office to be included in the drawing.
  4. Winners will be selected in a random drawing on May 29th at approximately 9 PM.
  5. A list of winners will be posted on our web site after the drawing.
  6. Employees of the MPTV Friends and MPTV and members of their immediate families are ineligible for sweepstakes prizes.
  7. Winners will be notified by phone. All taxes are the responsibility of the winners.
  8. MPTV Friends, MPTV and its entities and staff are not responsible for human errors.
  9. The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries.
  10. Entries become the property of the MPTV Friends.
  11. The prizes include a Harley-Davidson motorcycle donated by the Harley-Davidson Motor Company, two Midwest airline tickets donated by Midwest Airlines, a digital camera package donated by Art’s Camera Plus, and a $200 gift certificate for the 2010 Great TV Auction.
